Following the opening of our new care homes in Hunstanton, New Lubbesthorpe and Burton upon Trent and with new homes under construction in Peterborough and Radcliffe on Trent, we urgently need to identify further sites.

• UK Wide but preferably within a 2-hour radius of Nottingham

• 0.9 to 2 acres

• Land with or without planning.

Our care homes are designed on a bespoke basis without a fixed design template so we can work with irregular site layouts.

We subscribe to specialist software allowing us to quickly appraise local competition, fee profile and site suitability

As a guide the following opportunities are generally of interest.

• Sites with redundant buildings thereon

• Former PFS, pub and restaurant sites

• All or parts of residential development sites

• Neighbourhood centre sites

• Greenfield/brownfield on town centre peripheries
